update on life so i guess it's been kinda long since i last blogged. well, i was really busy. so i'll update my blog about life in madison and sch now(: haha. erm, sch has basically been kinda fun? or should i say boring? let's just say that it's different for the different classes. ENGLISH AND BIOLOGY HAVE BEEN REALLY FUN:D while econs and philosophy have been not-so-appealing. haha. well, cause they're kinda hard to understand and stuff. but i'm getting there... i hope.  HEY FOLKS! MISS ME? AND MEET CECE AND MY MASTERPIECE(: LOOKS GOOD EH?it's marcaroni with asparagus/french beans/shrimp/onion/fishball filled with brocolli cheese sauce:DD DELICIOUS!!  hmmmm,mmmm:DD cece and her really bored face. haha. or maybe, she was trying to smile for the cam? haha. lol.anyways, that's basically life here. sch/eat/com/sleep. there is nowhere else to go apparently! urghhhh. and tmr's koko's birthday btw:D we're gg out for lunch/early dinner! so i'm looking forward to that. hahaha.

studyyyy so yeah, i just realised something: that no matter where we study in, there's still a huge workload!! arghhh. and yes, i have so much homework even though i just started sch this week. wth right. ohwells. just gotta go through. and i think it's worse in university. MUCH WORSEE! so i guess i gotta cherish the time in edgewood now. hahaha. koko said that we were making too much noise. so jiejie and i went to the study room downstairs to do our work, where we were able to talk and study. kill 2 birds with 1 stone eh? lol.  study study study jiejie was camwhoring!! haha  while i was busy doing work:/ HAHA. hope it'll get better as days pass. i wish...

bowling permias i had fun for the first time since i arrived in madison(: had a permias (indonesian) gathering at some bowling place. haha. so yeah, met up with so many indonesians and made new friends:D so here are some pics, but i didnt take any of the other indonesians. cause there werent enough time. so yeah...  i love this picture(: CLASSIC! wow. i finally caught koko on camera! THAT'S A MIRACLE!! haha check out jiejie's latest glow-in-the-dark craze. NOT!!! haha (it was the work of the lightings) bowling ballssss and our scores. not too bad huh. lol. what a day
2nd day of orientation one word to describe the day: jaded. it was a really tiring day. i finished orientation at abt 7 plus. but at least koko and jiejie were kind enough to fetch me from edgewood(: haha. oh btw, it was freaking cold. i almost had frostbite and no, you would not want to experience that! the temperature was about minus twenty-five?!!? yeah man, tell me about it. but i guess orientation was kinda alright? friends made it so much more worthwhile(: so i'm glad i met them! i'm just hoping i would have friends when sch begins, cause we registered for different classes. except for maybe eng and philosophy. haha. there's orientation again tmr. i'm looking forward to visiting parts of madison though. haha. so stay tuned for further updates. hmm, perhaps i'll bring my camera along. :D

first day of school
today was the first day of orientation. it went well, i guess. haha(: it was a lot of fun. the people there were really friendly and i made lots of new friends! (students from indo, france, mexico, korea, thailand, etc) yeah, so we're really international:DD and i had an eng placement test just now. hope it went well. (: tmr's gg to be a long day, although i hope otherwise. so i'm kinda counting my chances. haha. and there's a math placement test tmr! WOW! two tests in two days. :/ looking forward to sch though. :D

madison hello guys(: i am in madison now. and yes, it's freezing! haha. the snow today was really nice though. soft and white:]  this is a view frm my room. can you see the white snow? haha heyheyhey:D i miss singapore!!!  AND OF COURSE I WONT FORGET MY DEAR XZ! HAHA. can you spot your pictures too? oh, look at the pictureat the bottom right. it's a pic of my family and i in 'the hollywood tower' ride in disneyland. haha. it was the most awesome ride i've ever been on! ok then:D till next time. |
